CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

) T$ x; T; t' `* ]1 ZKey Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
) l5 V  e3 K) b, i8 S-Providing general clerical support to the office.
" B4 S9 S7 ^" l. F# ?( T-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:

4 l3 n' r4 d* Q/ O. O7 x' w- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
9 ~  |9 H3 \  Y0 t- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
