这房子在ESSO炼油厂北边. 正适合那的工作人员. 对他们来说, 26万和26.5万也许没什么区别.

今天闲着

这个房子还是不错的，状态比较好。今天本来也打算下一个offer的，但是因为有其他接offer的时间冲突，就没去。

价位既然到了26万，而且有人买了。就说明有这个需求。

It depends on timing. This house is worth $260K now, but it was worth only $120K a few years ago, and it may only worth $160K a few years later. The value of this house is same, is just a shelter for a family but the price will fluctuate, sometimes it can be inflated into a big bubble.

today's edmonton journal reports that the real market is sitll very activethe price for all kinds of accommendations has risen ready by 10 percent since the start of this year. they predcit another 16 percent of increase by the end of this year. the truth is that there are so many buyer lining up ,but not enought supply of houes. that is the problem.
