Our saving grace is that we have almost twice as many residential listings at the end of February this year as compared to February 2006. This should keep our market balanced, but anticipate prices moving up through March."

爱城的统计数据出来了吗? 挺关心的. 因为我的感觉是爱城的价格变化很大. 是明显大于5%的感觉. 说心理话, 不太希望那是事实.

我觉得卡尔加里的房地产业人士比埃德蒙顿的同行勤快,所以卡尔加里的数据总是出来得早,而且全面。
