一处供出租的老房子，准备申请secondary suite的permit，请教有此经验的大师，过程大概是怎样的，拿到permit花了多长时间。谢谢！

You mean basement legal suite? You must have separate furnace, separate entrance, legal window size, legal second kitchen.
