CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
, y. T, ?' w+ L-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
" B1 }: D  r5 J) s$ u+ T& z-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.  
-        Provide friendly and professional services.
& _  K, y+ a; G5 }1 |1 d! gRequirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-        Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
) @  f7 }, s* }  y-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
2 G/ `( Q* H5 R' g4 L3 v7 H& q: V-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
