2 ]% B2 F* _) @) V' cAlberta Union of Provincial Employees President Guy Smith says it’s not just the staff that are affected.

“It will have impacts on the patients that they serve and some of these are very fragile patients in long term care,” says Smith.

* n* r9 W, `# V0 H“We have filed grievances which we’ll go through the process where by we believe that Covenant Health did not act properly in terms of the collective agreement or through labour legislation,” says smith. ” So, we have filed complaints along those lines.
