CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.
Description:
( S: |* n& @( }# L-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
+ `' g2 @" E8 {5 W0 t-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
- |+ l! x" d; x+ s; P# L& k8 u- S' W-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.

-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
+ h/ {( P; k; Z8 p-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
/ C* C+ L$ ~- `3 M5 p' u: i-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
