爱城人口增长促使房产成交总额同比增长4%" L, m: {/ h, x) U) S% S' A

埃德蒙顿2014年9月3日消息：根据人口普查得出，埃德蒙顿在近2年增长了超过6万的人口。因为阿尔伯塔强大的经济趋势，周边的社区也被带动起来。埃德蒙顿房产经纪协会报告指出， 房屋住宅的压力迫使不动产价格和销售大幅增长，并且缩短了房屋成交所花费的时间。

所有经过MLS系统销售的住宅类不动产总额同比去年同期增长了近14%。并且同比去年到8月底销售的总值5亿，今年已经超过5.7亿。阿尔伯塔的新移民推动了房屋的销售，从去年的13377套，到14858套，增长了11%。平均的挂牌天数为49天，而去年为53天。
