爱城房价开始季节性下滑，但仍高于2013年同期水平; I9 W0 a% W. d1 `* T# T( @
4 c! @; X( h8 @ d _埃德蒙顿2014年8月5日消息，埃德蒙顿房产经纪协会报告指出，7月份在人口普查都会区（简称“大爱城区”，包括埃德蒙顿和周边卫星城市），独立房的平均价格比6月下降了2%，为$426,716。所有住宅的平均价格下降了2.6%，为$362,091。公寓的价格保持在$254,654, 而Duplex或townhouse则上涨了5%，为$360,309。
