2013年本地房市强劲，销售总量增长8%

埃德蒙顿2014年1月6日消息：根据埃德蒙顿MLS系统的数据统计，2013大爱城区房产销售总量比2012年上升了8%。而2012年的销售总量比2011年的增长了6.2%。数据显示，2013年的为17,055套，而2012年总销售额为15,812套。# i2 m9 h3 ] m" ~1 M2 q: _0 Q
/ }- y' C2 c# ]" I2 {, J& X' I1 W" a2013年，各类房型的销售量都有所上涨。其中独立房成交了10,487套（上升3.4%），公寓成交了5,059套（上升了14.7%）， Duplex/Rowhouse成交了1,144套（上升了18.2%）。首次买房的人大多选择了公寓作为第一套住宅。比较2012年，独立房成交量占总住宅成交量的百分比由64%下降到了61.5%。相反地，公寓销售量却从28%上升到了30%。
