埃德蒙顿2012年12月4日消息：独立房的平均价由10月份的$372,061上涨到11月份的$382,923；所有住宅房的平均价也因而从$324,924上涨到$331,198（年同比增长3.32%）。Condo的价格经过10月份的大幅上涨，本月又回落到9月份的水平，平均价为$230,493，比一年前上涨1%。 Duplex和rowhouse平均价$312,041（年同比增长3.2%）。

: o: j% b* M4 P5 g4 E2 P9 C9 W- Z) k11月独立房的中间价为$363,000，为8月份来的最高价。当中间价比平均价还低的情况下，这表明有更多的低端房售出。即便是少数售出的高端房也带动了平均房价上涨。11月份共有51个价格超过60万的房子售出，与10月份数目一样。而一年前仅为43个。

自11月1日起，埃德蒙顿房产局把阿省东北部的销售数据也加入了本地的MLS系统，但不包括Bonnyville, Elk Point, St. Paul and Cold Lake这些地区的销售数据。本地房产销售数据的汇报形式还在设计中，阿省东北的销售数据将会在1月份公布。 I' a; L- `- H/ ]6 H9 E6 L
