6 F5 A* \2 v0 l( \. F& A2 Z1 \8 sThe ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills to support two diverse work areas, Sales and Government and Community Relations. This challenging position involves performing a wide variety of administrative functions including meeting coordination, scheduling activities, and preparing documents to support department initiatives. Specific projects will require the ability to work independently, and to interact with stakeholders at various levels on confidential matters.

Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines are key to the success of this position. The successful candidate will have excellent keyboarding and proofreading skills, and demonstrate high attention to detail. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) including a working knowledge of Adobe is also required.
