Position: Database Coordinator / Compensation: Competitive and based on education & experience / Closing Date: March 1, 2010. – The University Hospital Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team. The Foundation raises funds to support patient care, medical research and the latest technology at the University of Alberta Hospital and the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute.

Primary Responsibilities: Reporting to the dBase Administrator, the successful candidate will process donations, complete data entry, support the Development staff by performing donor research/data analysis - in addition to other duties related to the daily functioning of the Foundation.

4 b- X- o: J/ H0 H6 ]& v8 I; [; X4 ySkills & Qualifications: Clerical experience in a busy office environment. Excellent organizational skills. High degree of accuracy in data entry. Strong PC skills including Word, Excel & Outlook. Experience with Raiser’s Edge an asset. Must enjoy working as part of a team & be very detail oriented. Ability to work under tight deadlines during seasonal campaigns.
