that the price is the same no matter which registry you go, but I wonder whether that is true or not.

There is one(or more) at city center, one at Scotia place, one at 100av/105st.

我今天去了，怎么是62＋7块呢？只是进去就问要改驾照，人家就说是69，我还以为涨价了呢,回来才看见7块是单独的一项 MV close out, 当时也没注意，这7元都要交吗？
