" ?; P9 v1 Z9 D* v: P/ c' g/ T0 xWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
% c: o& W- o# Q9 ]Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System

# [8 i1 F% t. m) lTwo year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
$ E. k# e6 Y1 a. }5 cRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
4 x  P, O0 g9 }* c5 |Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
6 ^  ?' M$ Z4 y" {/ d4 W! Z0 `Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)

Ability to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
