Additionally, one come-hither glance from your lover can instantly pump the level of adrenaline in your bloodstream and as things begin to roll from there, a torrent of hormones¡ªadrenaline, noradrenaline, prolactin, DHEA, and testosterone¡ªbegins to flow from arousal to climax. These hormones all have positive effects on your cardiovascular system and when you awaken your body with this flood of sexy stuff, it in turn strengthens your heart and circulatory system.

I guess it begs into the question. Sex is surely healthy and enjoyable, no doubt at all. That is why people around think of nothing except sex, or at least sex-related stuff.
