11-room townhouse, you will need to be prepared to pay more. On the other hand, if you purchase a property similar to the one you are currently renting, you will not find yourself paying more. So why stay a tenant when you can become an owner for the same price?

Under certain circumstances you can withdraw money from your RRSP fund. Repayment of the amount withdrawn is calculated over a 15-year period. For example, if you withdraw $30,000.00, you will not have the right to deduct the first $2,000.00 you contribute to your RRSP fund each year for the subsequent 15 years. In some situations, real estate agents may even be prepared to make the sale without a down payment.
