有谁知道住房贷款前5年过了之后,利率是怎样算的?

5年之后,根据当时的央行利率定,一般都可以在央行利率上减去0.75%-1%再锁定5年(至少不超过央行利率)。

Personal opinion about PCF - I didn't go with PCF

Rate is not the only thing to look at.

如果你是5年的TERM。 5年后你与该银行的合同就已结束。 你需要另签一新按揭贷款合同,定期的或活期浮动的。 你也有权找另一银行贷款。记住,不要听银行所告诉你的利率。要货比3+家。 直到找到满意的为止。 一般第一次和银行谈是很难得到满意的利率的。祝好运。
