Just like everything in life, there are ups and there are downs, and then there are also those in between times that are just a little blah. When it pertains to real estate, "blah" just might sum up what we can expect to see this winter.

This combined with Alberta’s strong economy is sure to ignite housing starts and a more sustainable rate of growth in real estate price compared to 2006.
