最近很郁闷

想买房,可房价一个劲地掉啊,郁闷,买了能保值么?

房价涨了,买不起房;房价跌了,不敢买房。。。。。。。。。

I am suprised that I cannot find a decent unit from start of June.
! O$ ^2 }) U4 x, A! WI bought my last condo in May. I thought the market is going down, and try to snap another one this summer.
- p& z, M) K# U/ _- X' x+ hHowever, none of them can compare to my last one. I made three offers in comfee. I offered them $10,000 less than they ask for.
2 L$ `1 c$ m( U. y3 iWell, they don't even give me a counter offer. Just decline right away.
" m8 b2 H! O8 I' p. i% }9 V- S1 _Can anyone, give me some info? I like concrete condo, 2,3 bedrooms, price around $250---350,000.8 |4 w( V' p. d5 V- d

1元1元地往上加, 直到他们晕了, 协议就会达成.

I read the statistics data from MLS, it said that 60% deal accept less in last month. And average closing price is around $10,000 less than the list price.$ Z/ x* z' h3 R; b3 _* y, r4 p/ ]- W
Well, looks like those owners sell in comfree, are not that desperate as I thought. Maybe I should try MLS again. By the way, all my properties are bought from MLS.
8 z& O3 Z4 \8 C8 y' v, gAs a buyer, I guess choosing MLS would be better off. The seller's agent can do a good job to persuade seller to accept a lower offer. (don't hit me with brick, I am not from MLS)5 v& y: r3 S8 i' y1 w3 Q6 Z/ d8 W
I have to add one more, there are really not many good units in current market.

以前听一个中国经纪说过,有些国人,看个房子,看半年,半年间房子不知涨多少了,终于下定决心要买了,看房子降了一点,还是不会买2 a2 S- B" s0 @
这种人就算等房子降到10块钱,他还会考虑会不会还降到1块,还会观望.; G0 I+ [/ w$ ]; T! e/ u1 ^

- ]5 [- E& h) ]% B( U/ Hyour price range is well enough for a 2-bed concrete building or some 3-bed. whether you can knock 10000 or 100000 off from their list price it is very subjective to the seller. if that is a great condo unit and priced right on the market, if i am the seller, i won't even deduct more than a $1000.   there is a minor decline (or i should say an adjustment) on the price, but this is just for some of the expensive houses, so on average it looks like going down for few % as a whole.
