3 L2 D8 d) F8 U" B% j( ~  q+ F-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
  M& l* @; k/ E0 u$ R-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
$ J% B7 N4 _1 t" k. S-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
& M# b, J) U) W-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
