-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
. Q9 r  l* h1 w" `# l-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
2 Y3 Z& x8 T7 L# n  X7 l! N3 n" Q-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
: c, Q% @4 U% v. F( ?-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

+ e; K; _" N" K- C6 P- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
: H. ~2 E9 e( M* j' E. B) p$ c- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
