Description: The candidate will be working under the Operations Manager or Project Lead, design and otherwise assist with the development of web-based database applications in consultation with the client; including:% ?/ `0 k- `1 q: i, u

- Supervise and lead the programming team in the creation and maintenance of software code.
4 l+ i( Q: W4 A1 v1 x1 g6 f- Develop software design specifications.

- Create and maintain software development plans.

* Z4 y0 _) k* ^4 Q h1 }Requirements: -Minimum 4 years of recognized Post-Secondary Education in a Software Development (or closely related) program.
; e/ Q% q- w. k! x1 X* Z- When compared to the Key Tasks and Skills sections (above) 1) minimum 5 years work experience in a related field; 2) minimum 2 years work experience in a CLOSELY related field (concurrent with above).0 e j9 z, j( ?( j% w2 C! {6 y
- Demonstrated ability in the efficient completion of software projects, including development of software design plans and system architectures.

- Experience with Enterprise projects and scaling.
