After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

The problem should be inside the bucket.; \7 h9 z& _5 k9 h0 D
$ Z' n8 q& i' @& |When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.4 p% g1 W( e0 _0 D+ @& P
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
7 t& b7 U4 g& s+ q a2 u. \Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.! Z2 V* T) d9 a" o: \2 h

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.# H( x0 M4 b6 u+ d/ X
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
