3 b# [! g% R( QWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele

: h( c( g7 b. Q1 _7 k, aResponsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
4 p# _0 `- ]) v1 @* X. iWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
1 Q4 z$ d: |. fDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
Strong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
% O" V/ W/ W" _4 I% JAbility to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
