put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.

then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.# q2 i3 b4 o& s# Y5 a/ i
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.+ {" V1 e2 m5 I% {* g+ w/ }' @% h
