活动项目Anticipated Programs and Activities:
(1) 团契时间Fellowship Frequency:
一个月两次, 如无特殊情况,就定在每月的第二和第四周. 不要和约翰团冲突.Fellowship may be held twice a month.2nd and 4th week of the month are the ideal for not to conflict with John Fellowship upstairs.
(2) 夏季活动Summer Activities:
以户外团契和餐馆聚餐来代替烧烤.或采用别的聚餐形式. 其他的活动譬如是旅行,观光,等, 就参与教会的总活动有机地结合起来.Outing fellowship and dine in a restaurant is encouraged, instead of BBQ that is a lot of work.Dine in other ways may be explored.Retreat, Trip, and Travel may be participated by joining with the church’s total functions and activities.
(3) 冬季活动Winter Activities:
特殊焦点话题,如健康和安全,等等.将请资深讲员主讲来提高我们的健康灵性和信念.Special topics, i.e. health and safety, etc are engaged with special speakers to enhance members’ general health, spiritual growth and faith consciousness.
(4) 特别庆典Special Celebrations:
3个场合: 圣诞节,中国新年, 和周年庆典以及其他. Three occasions, such as: Christmas Dinner, Chinese New Year, and Anniversary Dinner.Other considerations.
(5) 集体集资Group Financing:
将那些剩余的从日常团契聚会和特别赞助,如餐券收入,捐款收入等收集到的资金建立后备基金和成员关怀金.Tithes and Contributions through regular meetings and special fund collections, such as dinner tickets sale, and donations are required to build up reserve for future uses and caring fund.
(6) 关怀和友谊Caring and Friendship:
探访时慰问品可以供应给那些生病的人员,死亡人员家属和其他特殊照料的人员. When visiting, gifts may be offered to those sick members, death, and special occasions.
(7) 慰问和探访Caring and Visitation:
对所有成员和参加者有至少一年一次探访.Visitation is carried out at least once in a year to all fellowship members and attendants.
(8) 秘书和审核Secretarial and Auditing:
秘书的工作是做好会议记录,信涵往来,税收,钱财的管理和财务报表.将指派两个人做税收,钱财的管理和收集工作. 灵信导师将审核钱财和财务报表.Secretary is to keep Minutes, correspondences, and regular tithing and collections, and financial report.Two persons are to sign and collect regular tithing and collection.The Spiritual Leader is to audit and verify the money and financial balance and report.
