then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.. O- o8 ]) u5 [4 w% C7 n
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.. ~2 E2 ^; j/ V; x( r n4 S4 d
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
