# A. m% {$ V8 p/ N; vJob type: Full-time Permanent
8 }& A+ f4 E' _Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

4 f$ t" Y3 J# ]; t-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
  L/ {: i! E: B8 T; W6 c) ?8 i; |-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
0 ?! `7 v: ?- x- K8 Y-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
2 \) D  [  P/ v& U- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
. {2 Y# x4 ~& ?-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
/ t3 v# g9 y- G! |4 o+ G' W5 M- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
" }) n3 _8 c8 h8 ~7 C: _6 c  H- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
